About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandise Operations Coordinator in Cwmbran, Wales.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
  2. Validate carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accuracy.
  3. Implement and execute Planograms in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
  4. Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
  5. Ensure promotions and "sale" are in line with operational requirements.
  6. Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
  7. Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
  8. Check style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly.
  9. Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance.
  10. Maintain a clean and tidy Concession area at all times and products are not left on the floor.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
