Job Summary:

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Team Member to join our team in South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our concession shop.

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Travel to various stores within your assigned route to maintain visual displays and replenish stock.
  2. Validate carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accuracy.
  3. Implement and execute Planograms in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
  4. Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
  5. Ensure promotions and "sale" are in line with operational requirements.
  6. Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
  7. Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
  8. Check style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly.
  9. Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance.
  10. Maintain a clean and tidy Concession area at all times and products are not left on the floor.
