The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our civil engineering department, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, design, and construction. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex problems;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management;
  • Excellent technical knowledge of road design, drainage systems, and earthworks;
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and MicroStation;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
