Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

Limewood Care Home, a specialist dementia care provider, is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. Based in Stafford, we offer a supportive and fun environment for our staff to work in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and implement them effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.34.
  • A contracted 30-40 hours per week, with opportunities for flexibility.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in specialist care, preferably in a dementia care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering great care and a commitment to our values of integrity, respect, and teamwork.
