Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

Limewood Care Home, a specialist dementia care provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. Based in Stafford, we offer a supportive and fun environment for our staff to work in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering excellent care and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support the care team in maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our residents.
  • Collaborate with the senior regional team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92.
  • A contracted 30-40 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • Uniform provided and DBS paid.
  • Onsite parking and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in specialist care, preferably in a dementia care setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
