Purchase Ledger Administrator

This fixed-term contract covers maternity leave and offers a great opportunity to gain experience in accounts support. As an Accounting Assistant, you will work closely with the finance team to process invoices, reconcile statements, and support payment runs.

You will have the chance to develop your skills in financial administration, work in a hybrid environment, and enjoy free onsite parking and access to a large facility site with food outlets and supermarket.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase ledger invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Support weekly payment runs and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle staff expenses and credit card reconciliations.

The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £24,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location.
