About the Role:
As a Domiciliary Care Support Specialist with us, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, empowering them to live independently and make their own decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals, assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Support individuals with health care and personal appointments, fostering positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and other professionals
- Utilize mobile technology to record and deliver quality care, upholding the principles of Altogether Care's values
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. You will also require a competitive salary package, including:
