Job Overview

As a Senior Conference And Events Manager, you will play a key role in developing the leadership of our team and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we meet expectations.
  • Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Supervise event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Requirements
  • You should have 3-5 years experience in hospitality management or demanding food environment.
  • A knowledge in event management within the hospitality sector is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to lead others, are necessary.
  • You should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £41,500.
