Job Title: Chief Information Officer Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Information Officer Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CIO. The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with a proven track record of providing strategic diary management, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CIO, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel and accommodation for the CIO and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings, action plans, and progress reports.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective support to the CIO.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in providing executive support to senior leaders, with a strong focus on strategic diary management.
  • Highly skilled in utilising Microsoft Office packages, with demonstrated expertise in OneNote.
  • Superior organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Strong ability to take initiative, plan ahead, prioritise tasks, and manage workload independently.
  • Resilient under pressure, capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
