Lead Our Fashion Store Teams

As a Store Manager at the British Heart Foundation, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading one of our community-based fashion store teams. Our stores offer an amazing choice and genuine sustainability, making them a great place to work and shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales through physical and digital channels
  • Lead an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrates the BHF values
  • Accountable for store performance and achieving targets

Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or service industry
  • Commercial awareness

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. A DBS check is required for this role.
