Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our EG Group team at our Starbucks store in Oswestry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
