Job Title: Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group.

About the Role:

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide 24/7 care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times
  • Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
  • Experience of working within and leading a team
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
  • Willing and able to be part of Management on call system
