Key Requirements for Team Leader Position:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential childcare along with a Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
  • Proven experience in team leadership and collaboration
  • Driver (company-provided vehicle during work hours)
  • Able to accommodate unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Willingness to participate in the Management on-call system
