We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our Residential Care team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our children and young people towards a brighter future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to our children and young people.
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Work closely with our therapy and education teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and care plans.
- Participate in on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support and guidance to staff.
- 1-year experience in residential childcare, with a Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent.
- Experience of working within and leading a team.
- Valid UK manual driver's license.
- Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Willing and able to participate in our on-call system.
