Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:

HRM Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Homecare Support Worker to join our team in South Lanarkshire. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, empowering them to live independently and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to service users, including washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
  • Provide social and emotional support as required, including companionship and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist with medication and cooperate with relevant health and social care providers.
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Be a friendly, kind, and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to care for others.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Be reliable and live the HRM Values.
  • Have a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle (preferable).
