Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:

At HRM Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide social and emotional support to service users, including companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with medication management and coordination with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
