Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:

HRM Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to service users, including washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Accompany service users to appointments and social events, promoting their social inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other care providers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Be a friendly, kind, and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to care for others.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families.
  • Be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
