About the Role:
HRM Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to our service users in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care services, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide social and emotional support to service users.
- Administer medication as required.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other care providers.
Requirements:
