Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:30, with Saturday mornings on a rota 08:00-14:00 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their vehicle maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assess and diagnose vehicle maintenance needs, recommending the necessary repairs and services to clients.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that clients are aware of all available services and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and vehicle maintenance history.
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure that all vehicle maintenance is completed to the highest standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
