Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the dealership for scheduled and non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
  • Support the aftersales function and work closely with the service manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Upsell existing products to new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • High-quality customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license.
