As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our test centres, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the highest level of exam security and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Comply with all exam testing security and procedures, using careful judgment to ensure the integrity of our exams.
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Perform housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations, to maintain a clean and safe testing environment.
- A true team-player with the availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic qualifications in English and Maths, with experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) an advantage.
- A competitive hourly rate of £7.77 per hour, paid at the end of every month.
