Service Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Manager to join our team at a prestigious main dealership in Epsom. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, meeting customer and workshop expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement processes to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- High levels of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Kerridge automotive computer system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary of £38,000 basic with OTE £44,000.
