Service Team Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Manager to join our team at a prestigious main dealership in Epsom. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of repair orders, invoicing, and customer data.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Kerridge automotive computer systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel.
