Service Desk Manager (Windows Azure)

Are you a seasoned IT professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive environment?

We're seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our team of technical support engineers in providing exceptional service to our internal IT services, system processes, and applications (Windows based). As a key member of our Client Server team, you will be responsible for prioritizing the team's workload, managing vendor relationships, and developing tools and technologies to enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of eight first to third line support engineers and the Lead Service Desk Engineer
  • Prioritize the team's workload to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Manage vendor relationships and support desks
  • Develop and maintain tools and technologies used by the team
  • Train and coach the Service Desk Team Lead

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technical support teams in Windows environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Azure
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
