As a key member of the McLaren Automotive team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities engineering systems. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontracts associated with building services support, identifying plant and system obsolescence, and implementing energy reduction schemes across our building services systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontracts for building services support, including M&E, BMS, Fire, and Lifts.
  • Identify and implement energy reduction schemes across building services systems.
  • Engineer and manage small to medium project works to enhance operational efficiency and system capability.
  • Liaise with the Capital Projects team to ensure smooth integration of significant Capex projects.
  • Maintain and update O&M and other engineering services documentation.
