About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at McLaren Motorsport & Automotive. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and management of facilities engineering systems across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontracts associated with building services support, including M&E, BMS, Fire, Lifts, and other relevant systems.
  • Identify plant and system obsolescence, and develop proposals for costed improvements.
  • Engineer and manage small to medium-sized project works to enhance operational efficiency and system capability.
  • Implement energy reduction schemes across building services systems.
  • Maintain and update O&M documentation.

What You'll Bring

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
