Facilities Maintenance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our fast-paced team in Chertsey, Surrey. As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance across all aspects of building services, bringing strong knowledge of building disciplines with a key competency in electrical engineering.
Responsibilities:- Maintenance support including installation, planned, preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Testing, inspection & certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations.
- On-call rota within the Maintenance Team.
- Maintenance & installation of emergency lighting.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ 3 in relevant discipline i.e. Electrical).
- C&G 2394 Initial Verification and C&G 2395 Periodic Inspection and Testing Existing Installations or equivalent.
- Full clean UK driving license and good knowledge of other areas of building services.
The salary for this position is £52,000 per annum, with long-term career progression opportunities. You will also receive a company vehicle and fuel card, unlimited overtime, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
