Engineering Specialist

Role: Specialist, Engineer TPC
At McLaren, we strive for excellence in high-performance sport. As a Specialist, Engineer TPC, you will contribute to the Engineering and Operational aspects of the Test of Previous Car programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Engineering and Operational tasks around test events (pre, during and post).
- Develop longer-term improvements to processes or analysis.
- Work across a diverse range of functions, including physical car-focused, track engineering, control systems, team organisation, and process development.
Requirements:
- Experience within at least one F1 Engineering function.
- A proven interest in building knowledge beyond a core department.
- Ability to evaluate and develop processes for efficient, controlled, or reliable running.
- Engineering-level literacy with computers and experience of programming and simulation tools.
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
