About the Role:

We are seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience working with students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will be working in a highly regarded Primary School in the Borough of Barnet, supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs in 1:1 and small groups, as well as in the classroom.

This role offers a great chance to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting students with additional needs, while also gaining valuable experience in a school setting.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Working alongside teaching professionals and support staff
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery

Requirements:

  • A graduate with strong academics including a degree from a reputable university
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive daily rate of £105-£110
