Care Professional Evening and Weekend Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional, providing non-medical support to our clients in their own homes in Burton-on-Trent.
As a Care Professional, you will work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, providing a range of services to help our clients maintain their independence. You will need to be available to work between 4pm and 9:45pm, with the option to take on extra hours during weekdays.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 for weekdays, £14.00 for evenings after 6pm and weekends, plus mileage allowance. No experience or qualifications are required, but a caring and compassionate personality, English proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Accompany clients on appointments and outings
- Build professional relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure high-quality care
