About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional, providing non-medical support to our clients in their own homes in Burton-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients in maintaining their independence
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
  • Build professional relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
  • Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements

  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
  • Subject to criminal record checks and satisfactory references
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as clients may require transportation to appointments or outings
