We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, providing non-medical support services to clients in their own homes. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 10-20 hours per week
- Availability required between 4pm and 9:45pm, with additional hours available on weekdays
- Competitive pay rates: £13.00/hr on weekdays, £14.00/hr for evenings and weekends
- Mileage allowance provided
No prior experience is necessary to start your career as a Care Professional. While experience in a care environment or with older individuals is beneficial, personal or voluntary caregiving experience is also valued. A genuine commitment to supporting others, delivering exceptional service, and fostering professional relationships is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Caring and compassionate disposition
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Two professional and two personal references are required
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Subject to background checks and satisfactory references
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
