We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional Evening and Weekend Support Worker. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and household chores.

- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Caring and compassionate personality.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
