Car Finance 247 is seeking a skilled Complaint Resolution Professional to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards in Compliance and Quality Assurance. You will resolve customer complaints efficiently, provide exceptional service, and build strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in complaint handling, case management, and writing investigation reports to bring complaints to a conclusion. You will also identify areas for improvement in service levels and contribute to process development to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
