Job Title: Unit Manager (RGN)

Find Medic is hiring an experienced Unit Manager (Registered General Nurse - RGN) for our client\u2019s nursing care facility. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a unit within the care facility to ensure the highest standards of nursing care.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and care assistants.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
Previous experience as a Unit Manager or similar leadership role in a care or nursing home setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make critical decisions.
