About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for running one of our busy centres, creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
  • Drive the financial and commercial performance of the centre, across all four revenue streams; the bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
