About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Saltrock. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience in store.
    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalized recommendations to customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in store.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the retail team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Store Operations and Visual Merchandising
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
    • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with the retail team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to management on store performance and customer feedback.
