Front Office Team Member Representative

Job Profile
As a Front Office Team Member at Accor Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is off to a great start.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective Communication: Be aware of all departments in the hotel and communicate effectively to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Check-in/Check-out: Accurately process guest arrivals and departures using our computerized system.
- Front Desk Operations: Familiarize yourself with our hotel's check-in/out procedures and reception computer system.
- Guest Services: Issue keys, provide directions to guest rooms, and maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
- Local Information: Provide guests with information on local attractions and services, such as ordering newspapers or taxis.
- Message Handling: Ensure timely delivery of messages and mail to guests.
- Call Handling: Direct incoming calls and assist guests with external calls.
Work Environment: Full-time position. No remote work available.
