We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Certain Advantage. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, receive and direct calls, and welcome visitors while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Administrative Support: Complete mail requirements, schedule appointments, and maintain office supplies stockroom.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Project Support: Assist with administrative projects as assigned and provide support where needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: 8am-4pm, with flexibility to adjust to 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm.
Location: This is a 100% onsite role, requiring local candidates.
