Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team at PayPoint plc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage the support and administration of our Finance systems.

You will work closely with the Finance department to ensure their systems are robust and reliable, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience in system reconciliation.

A part-qualified or qualified accountant would be beneficial, but not essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to the Finance teams, resolving queries and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to schedule and manage system patches, upgrades, and hardware improvements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular system checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in system reconciliation and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
