Job Title: Clinical Lead - Complex Needs Service

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Complex Needs Service team in Lincolnshire. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team, as well as developing and implementing evidence-based training programs for professionals working with vulnerable young people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
  • Develop and implement evidence-based training programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and review training sessions and workshops
  • Contribute to the development of service protocols and pathways
  • Support the team in delivering a consultation-led, trauma-informed approach to working with young people with complex needs
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field and accredited membership of a professional body
  • Experience of working with young people with mental health needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of child emotional development and the impact of developmental trauma
  • Highly developed clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to travel independently around the county
