We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Complex Needs Service team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team, as well as developing and implementing evidence-based training programs for professionals working with vulnerable young people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Develop and implement evidence-based training programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and review training sessions and workshops
  • Contribute to the provision of effective consultation, psychological formulation, supervision, and support to staff
  • Work with individuals to assess their mental health, recognize mental illness, and identify their related needs and circumstances
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field and accredited membership of a professional body
  • Mentorship module or equivalent teaching/supervision training
  • Evidence of specialized continued professional training in relevant clinical practice
  • Relevant experience of working with young people with mental health needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of child emotional development and impact of developmental trauma
