Job Title: Clinical Lead - Complex Needs Service

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Complex Needs Service team in Lincolnshire. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to the team, working closely with colleagues and partners to develop and deliver training packages and consultation services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the team, including consultation, formulation, supervision, and support to staff and service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to develop and deliver training packages and consultation services.
  • Work closely with service users, carers, and colleagues across agencies to provide expert knowledge and support.
  • Contribute to the development of service protocols and pathways, and instigate and implement service developments and improvements.
  • Provide line management and supervision to team members, and support the Team Coordinator with line management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field, with accreditation from a recognized professional body.
  • Experience of working with young people with mental health needs, and knowledge of child emotional development and the impact of developmental trauma.
  • Highly developed clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to assess and manage risk.
  • Sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health, and experience of working within a multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare.
  • Ability to travel independently around the county.
