Service Desk Management Expert

La Fosse is looking for a Service Desk Management Expert to lead and manage our global service desk operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT service delivery and experience working with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Main Responsibilities- Service Desk Operations:
- Managing a geographically distributed service desk team.
- Ensuring round-the-clock support to meet global business needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in global service desk management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks; ITIL certification preferred.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across diverse cultures.
- Familiarity with service desk tools like FreshService or JIRA.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
