La Fosse is looking for a Service Desk Management Expert to lead and manage our global service desk operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT service delivery and experience working with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Service Desk Operations:
    • Managing a geographically distributed service desk team.
    • Ensuring round-the-clock support to meet global business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in global service desk management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks; ITIL certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across diverse cultures.
  • Familiarity with service desk tools like FreshService or JIRA.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
