The Role

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday in a hybrid remote environment in London.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate records.
  • Process employee expenses and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Prepare cash journals and maintain cashbooks.
  • Support the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or finance assistant roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
