About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to join our team at OneMedical Group. As a key member of our Workforce and Culture function, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new and returning employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support candidates through their onboarding journey, providing an effective, reliable, and responsive service
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining regular communication and addressing any queries or concerns
  • Understand and implement pre-employment check requirements in line with local, regional, and national guidelines and legislation
  • Proactively chase references and pre-employment checks with candidates and other stakeholders
  • Issue contracts and new starter forms to candidates prior to their start date
  • Set up new employees on relevant IT systems prior to their start date
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate issues to the appropriate manager as necessary
  • Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new starters to the Group Trainer and Learning & Development Coordinator
Requirements
  • Experience in an administration role, preferably within a Recruitment/HR function
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver on numerous deadlines
  • Proven adaptability and flexibility in approach
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Valid driving license and access to a personal car
