Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at B&M Waste Services Limited. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager with various tasks and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist the HR Manager with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  2. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, providing company information, and facilitating orientation.
  3. HR Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits.
  4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on company policies, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Assist with generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and systems, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  4. Certifications: CIPD qualified or working towards this certification.
