Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at B&M Waste Services Limited. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager with various tasks and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR Manager with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, providing company information, and facilitating orientation.
- HR Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on company policies, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist with generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and systems, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Certifications: CIPD qualified or working towards this certification.
