Job Summary

Helping Hands is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Supervisor to lead our branch team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality care, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of carers to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC/CIW regulations and maintain branch registration.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving it. Additionally, you should possess experience working in a similar position, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
