About the Role

We are seeking a Care Planner to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited in Halifax. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong commitment to excellence to take on a challenging role that combines operational management with staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rota Management: Produce accurate and compliant rotas using a computer-based system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and reflect service user and staff information.
  • Referral Management: Manage new care package referrals, completing the referral tracker and optimising workforce capacity, working closely with the recruitment team for future workforce planning.
  • Staff Coordination: Assign visits to care workers based on service user needs and preferences, considering gender and compatibility.
Requirements
  • Driving Licence: Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own transport.
  • Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling, preferably within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care.
