Job Summary:
Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a skilled Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead our team in Batley, Rothwell and South Leeds. As our Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our care service, ensuring delivery of outstanding quality care. Key responsibilities include converting new client enquiries, care planning, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

About Us:
We are a leading home care provider committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults. We expect all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have extensive care experience, excellent customer service and management skills, strong organisation and planning skills, and be able to work well and accurately under pressure. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. You will also be flexible to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent. If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best-in-class quality care and will make a real difference for the older people we work with.
